Man, my birthday was great. I love all of you who baked me cakes and gave me presents and just made my birthday wonderful.

Ben & Jerry's is so fun. Today was the first day I went and it was the first day out of two of training. It was 4-8 today and it's 3:30-9 tomorrow. Tomorrow we are making everything on the menu in every size and tasting all the flavors. And then we are splitting all the things we make. I am so excited. We played games and they gave us pizza and I knew a lot of people there. Yay for having a fun job :)

Ben Folds was SO AWESOME. That was one of the funniest concerts I've ever been to. It was so much fun and he told lots of stories so that made it really fun(ny).

Myrtle Beach was a lot of fun. We got there at like 2 on Sunday and did nothing except eat at Hard Rock and then on Monday I met up with Sunny and Josh and we walked around Broadway on the Beach. We picked up Jim back at Sunny and Josh's hotel and then I was going to go to the Aquarium with Sami and Claire buuut things changed and so I just went with them to Dick's for dinner. Ahhh Dick's was so much fun and it was hilarious. The waiter got Claire's number hahah. Josh, Sunny, and Jim picked me up and we watched Walk The Line back at my place. Tuesday we went to the Tanger Outlets and met up with Philip who is staying with 7 other friends at Sunset Beach (Becca, Char, Michael, Catherine, Ed, Natalie, Victor). We shopped for awhile and Philip bought bright orange Sperry's which was funny because he hates Sperry's and anything popular such as polo's and shit like that. I was with Becca and Char most of the time and they pretty much bought everything they saw while I just bought a white sundress thing and a dark brown side bag/purse thing from Old Navy. And I bought 5 pairs of earrings woooot and a balloon pump and long balloons like clowns have from KB Toys SO NOW I CAN MAKE DOGS OUT OF BALLOONS. They left and my mom and I shopped some more and Patrick and Dad went mini golfing. Wednesday we checked out at 11 but stayed and laid out by the pool for awhile. The resort was right on the beach so we went from the poolside to the beach and back to the pool. I played frisbee with Dad and Patrick on the beach for awhile which was a lot of fun :) Then we ate and went mini golfing, I lost, and went home. And I have a sunburn which is quickly turning into a tan YAY.

I guess this week will be a good time to realize how it's going to be when Philip's gone in 5 months. It's a learning experience, heh :)

I just found (well Michael found) some Spanish music that really just makes my day, everyday.
GO LISTEN TO DAVID BISBAL - Buleria, Oye El Boom, and Amor Que Vienna y Va (I think? yay for taking French and being able to read Spanish)
I'm not very excited for Spring Break. It's probably mostly the mood I'm in today, but I think that I'm just really not that excited. Myrtle Beach with the family minus Philip. Won't be too fun.

This week has been excellent. The weather makes all the difference, I promise. We won our lacrosse game yesterday 8-3. The Holocaust Museum trip is on Friday and then the Confirmation retreat right after that. And then the next weekend is Spring Break!
We started singing music for Café Cabaret (the last chorus concert) and the piece we started to learn today is from Wicked. It's really pretty and makes me cry.

My relatives just got here and I feel awkward because I should be spending time with them. It's so weird because my aunt said something like 'If you have time, you should play with Ian, he's so much more interactive than last time you saw him!' And I think I took it as kind of a regretful comment mentioning how I'm so busy with stuff all the time. I feel bad because I have so much to do this week and I can't just.. not spend time with them because that's rude, but I also can't just abandon my large projects and homework that has somehow piled up a lot this week. I wish it was the weekend so I didn't have to worry about this.
Friday could be a lot of fun, and I'm looking forward to it. Maybe my mom won't make me stay here and do stuff with my relatives? Ahh, I'm so mean. But I kind of want to do stuff regularly. I don't like people messing up my schedule :( DON'T WORRY I'M STILL HAPPY THEY'RE HERE. :)
